About the Select Soccer Program
The Select Program is generally open to boys and girls age 10–19. Teams can be formed in the U11 through U19 age groups. Teams will not be formed without an individual taking responsibility for the team as the team’s head coach.
Players are accepted onto teams based on their skill, experience, abilities, and commitment level to the team. Playing on a select team is a one-year commitment.
How Select Teams Are Formed
The Board of Directors reviews all applications from individuals interested in being a select team head coach. After approving individuals as coaches, the Board holds player tryouts.
The tryout evaluation committees submit their list of desired players to the Board. The Board reviews the lists of players submitted. The Board approves and forms select teams and opens player registration for those teams.
Select teams are formed for one year (fall and spring seasons).
