Fall 2023 REC: Notification that you have Multiple Children Playing
Head Coaches Only:
If you have more than one child playing this season, either REC or select, I will try to schedule your games so that you do not have to miss your other child’s games. I cannot guarantee this for each week but I will do my best.
You MUST let me know the name(s) of your other child(ren). Please don’t assume that I remember from previous seasons.
This form must be submitted by September 11, to allow me the time to try to coordinate schedules.
