General Meeting: 2nd Thursday in May
Purpose: The general meeting shall be designated as the annual meeting. Elections of officers and board members shall take place at this meeting. The annual budget shall be presented at this meeting. Amendments to the organization’s bylaws shall take place at this meeting.
2026 General Meeting Information
The 2026 General Meeting will take place Thursday, May 14 at 6:00pm at 4408 Lilac Lane, Suite C, in Victoria.
Proposed Bylaw Amendments
Proposed bylaw amendments must have been received by Monday, March 30, 2026. The proposed bylaw amendments must have been sent to the president, Matt Blough and the secretary, Michelle King.

Elections for Board Positions
Elections will be held for the following positions. Each position is a two-year term: June 1, 2026 — May 31, 2028.
- Vice-President
- no nominations received as of 12:00 PM on 5/14
- Select Program Vice-President
- one nomination received – Daron Seerden
- Two At-Large Board Member positions
- two nominations received – Danny Segovia and Malachi Cotter
If the above proposed bylaw amendment does not pass, an election will be held for the treasurer position with a term of May 14, 2026 — May 31, 2027.

The 2025 General Meeting took place Thursday, May 8 at 6:00pm at 4408 Lilac Lane, Suite C, in Victoria.

- REC Program Vice-President — David Banda was elected
- At-Large Board Member — Stephen Rogers was elected
