Select Registration

The player registration fee will be determined by the league/flight the team will play in.

• WDDOA Prime Teams = $710
• WDDOA Challenger Teams = $690
• WDDOA Alpha Teams = $640
• CAYSA Division 2 Teams = $630

Registration Notes

• All registration must be completed online.
• Payment plans will be available with registrations received by June 30. To utilize the payment plan, you will be required to set up automatic payments with a credit card or debit card.
• The player registration fee must be paid in full no later than August 31.
• $25 late fee added to registrations starting July 1.

The registration fee covers the full uniform and all normal seasonal costs including referee fees, player insurance, registering for leagues, etc. This does not include tournaments, training fees, or STYSA Spring Cups.

New Players Must Submit Verification of Date of Birth

We must have proof of the player’s birth date before we can place them on a team. Please provide the player’s birth certificate or passport by:

• Upload into the player’s LeagueApps account during the registration process.
• Email it to execdir@vyso.org.
• Fax it to 361-574-8976.
• Mail a copy to VYSO, PO Box 4212, Victoria, TX 77903.

Businesses and individuals have the opportunity to help support the Victoria Youth Soccer Organization (VYSO) through sponsorship. With the Banner Sponsor program, the business or individual purchasing the banner sponsorship can designate one player to receive a free REC registration or a discount off his/her Select player registration fee. The business or individual will also have their banner displayed during the soccer season along the fence at the Riverside Soccer Complex.

• For Select Players: the player you specify will be given a code he/she can use during online player registration to take $280 off his/her player registration fee.

The Scholarship Program will be available again for the Fall 2025–Spring 2026 Year!

• The Victoria Youth Soccer Organization (VYSO) provides a limited number of scholarships to families in need so that all children can have the opportunity to play soccer.

• To be eligible, the family must demonstrate a need for the scholarship, such as by having low income, receiving assistance through a government agency, or by having recently experienced a financial hardship.

• There is not a set amount for each scholarship; however, the maximum amount awarded to a player will be $200.
• The scholarship funds available will be distributed to all approved applicants based on need.

Each player will receive the following:

• Uniform 1 (black jersey, black shorts, black socks)
• Uniform 2 (white jersey, red shorts, red socks)
• Practice Shirts – 2
• Backpack

Coaches have the option to hire a trainer.  The fees typically range from $25-$100 per month.  Please discuss this with the team’s coach if you have any questions.

Refund requests will be accepted through July 31 of the applicable year. Deductions will be taken as expenses are incurred.
