You can request that your child be moved to a different team. He/she will be removed from his/her fall season team and placed on a different team in the spring season.
Eligibility
All players, all ages, boys and girls, can submit a request to be removed from his/her fall season team and placed on a different team in the spring season.
Change Teams Request Requirements
- You must pay the $10 uniform fee so that a new jersey and socks can be ordered for your child.
- There must be a space open on a team in the child’s age group.
General Requirements
- The player must be registered on-time by the deadline posted on the Registration page.
- The player must be paid in full, or have a payment plan set up, by the on-time registration deadline.
- The player must have his/her date of birth verified by the on-time registration deadline.
- The player must submit the Special Request Formby the deadline posted on the Registration page.
- The player must pay the $5 non-refundable Special Request Fee.
- The player cannot submit another Special Request.
