Banner Sponsorship Form

Fall — Spring Banner Sponsor: $600

• Approved banner design printed on a 3′ x 5′ banner and displayed during the fall and spring soccer seasons.
• For REC Players: the player you specify will receive a free REC player registration for the fall season. In November, he/she will be given a code to use during online registration to receive a free REC player registration for the spring season.
• For Academy and Select Players: the player you specify will be given a code he/she can use during online player registration to take $280 off his/her player registration fee.

Banner Design

• You chose the company logo or design for your banner. All submitted designs will be reviewed to ensure they are suitable for display at youth soccer events.
• The bottom part of every banner will say “Proud sponsor of” VYSO. For Academy and Select banners, the Academy or Victoria Fire logo will also be applied.
